To place an order on MaryJane's website, simply browse our product catalog specific to the location of your choice, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout page by selecting the shopping cart icon. Here, you will be given the option to pick up at the store or have your order delivered for a fee. If you do not make a selection, the system will default to store pick up however you are able to change this option, if you choose to, on the checkout page. On the check out page, provide your information such as name, payment details, and confirm your order. If ordering delivery, note that you will be asked to upload a picture of your driver's license or other government issued ID for age verification purposes.

No! You will only be prompted once to set this up when requesting delivery in Toronto for the first time. After that, all orders can continue to be placed as per normal for delivery. Delivery orders that do not have ID uploaded or ID that is not legally acceptable will have the order canceled.

No, unfortunately all delivery orders must be made using our website for prompt service. If you have any questions concerning your order, please contact the store where the order was placed for more information on your order.

Yes, we offer a special discount of 5% off your entire order upon sign up to our membership program. After that, you will receive a loyalty discount of 5% off every order moving forward. Please note that member discounts are only available when shopping in store. If receiving delivery, please contact the store to have the member discount applied prior to delivery.

The delivery time for your order will depend on your location and the time of when your order was placed. Typically, orders are processed and delivered for all orders placed prior to the upcoming delivery run. For the Westway and Weston locations, delivery runs are as follows: 1 pm, 6 pm and 9 pm. At the Oshawa location, delivery runs are at 6 pm and 9 pm. This means that all orders must be placed prior to 9 pm for same day delivery.

Our return policy for cannabis products ensures customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your order, such as damaged or defective products, please come in store with the product in its original packaging as well as your receipt as soon as possible. We will assist you in resolving the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a return or exchange. We offer a 14-day return policy on select products. Any unopened and unused Non-Cannabis product may be returned with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. All Cannabis products are final sale and cannot be returned. ‘Point of Sale’ exceptions may be accommodated for cannabis products that are unopened and have the original seal. Contact your local store for more information on our return policy or to request an accommodation.
